America's War on Wombs

It's very personal to me. I was sixteen, unwed and pregnant. My parents said, "We've made an appointment to get an abortion." I said, "No."
I was threatened, "We won't help you," and they also tried intellectual and emotional reasoning, "You won't get to go to college, you won't get to graduate high school, you won't get a new car, you won't get to go to Hawaii, you will have to get a job and support this baby!" They made it clear, life would change.
My boyfriend also pushed me to get an abortion, he actually ended our relationship because I refused.
I didn't have anyone on my side.
However, I stood my ground and no amount of threats or reasoning could change my mind.
I was raised in a lower middle class family, I was well read and intelligent except (obviously) in sex education. My mother had asked if I was having sex, and we went to put me on the pill only to discover I was already a few weeks pregnant.
I was not raised in a religious atmosphere, so why did I refuse? Why did I rebel?
I knew it was wrong to take a life and I knew that taking a life would harm and possibly destroy me.
It was not long after that battle that my parents lost their eldest child in a car accident. Their 'only' comfort during that time was my two year daughter they had thought I should "get rid of so I could enjoy my life."
There are few things that can raise my blood pressure as much as the issue of abortion. I have refused to go with friends who could not be talked out of it. I have mercy and I have compassion for them but ultimately I find their behavior irresponsible and dangerous.
If a drunk goes out and drives and kills someone, he is sent to prison. If a drunk goes out and creates a baby and then kills it, it's accepted as their right.
I'm not saying only drunks act irresponsible, some do it just because they don't care. Women who do not protect themselves from getting pregnant, then turn around and say, "It's my body, it's my right," are in conflict. They are having a war within themselves and need help. If you do not protect yourself from getting pregnant and then turn around and destroy a life, do you truly feel that you are taking care of yourselves?

I've questioned this for years and I have tried to find a way to argue for those who feel they must have an abortion, the way I was taught in college to argue for and against something. Abortion was something they would not allow us to discuss in college because it caused so much emotion and passion in people.
When I read about small children beaten to death, abused and neglected I do question if abortion isn't the lesser of two evils. For me all children deserve the right to live and be loved. My issue is with women who negligently and irresponsibly get pregnant in the first place - especially with all the birth control available in so many forms. I just don't understand WHY women don't get an implant or some type of birth control to protect themselves and why women who know they never want kids don't get a tubal to prevent pregnancy.
It's not that I think women should have children that they do not want, it's that I think they should Do Something to Prevent a Pregnancy and Abortion in the first place. 50 million plus accidents/mistakes is insanity and its demeaning to all women.
I am not writing with the idea that I will STOP people from having abortions, you have my opinions and thoughts as well as why I personally didn't do it.
I am here to ENCOURAGE women to STOP abortions by using birth control. Stop abortions by thinking before you act, by controlling yourself, by being responsible and caring towards your own body and mind. Don't RISK it, Don't Take A Chance.
Teach your children to think critically, to respect themselves and life.
I read about a daughter whose mother coerced and cajoled her into getting an abortion. The mother hated the boyfriend. She used all the same arguments and reasoning my parents used, "You won't be able to have your life if you have this baby in it." The daughter did what her mother said and the guilt consumed her. When the mother interfered again and demanded the daughter stop seeing her boyfriend, the daughter realized who it was that was actually blocking her ability to live her life. She murdered her mother.
There were many who saw this as the worst evil - matricide. For a child to take a parents life, especially their mother's, the woman who gave her life. Ironic isn't it?
But I saw that it was what her mother had taught her. If someone is in your way, get rid of them-kill them.
Was it really any different for the child to kill the parent than it was for the parent to demand the child kill her child? When we teach children to discriminate, judge, hate or kill, we live in danger of that teaching being used against us.
We may see many more of these retributive acts upon parents after 40 years of abortions resulting in over 50 million deaths.
Have you ever questioned why the Gov't doesn't stop you from taking a life? It's not because they care about you or your rights. Abortion is population control for those they believe are ignorant and unable to control themselves- two things that society does not find conducive to progress or desirable to be reproduced.
If you get pregnant and then have an abortion, you reveal several things to other people. You have little value for life, you are not responsible, you are negligent, you do not think highly of your abilities, you do not control your desires but you can be controlled by others and you prefer immediate gratification.
We see the well dressed women standing up for Women's Rights to have an Abortion and they look so successful in their suits. Perhaps you imagine yourself as one of them. Few of them if any have actually had an abortion. They support abortion because politically it's part of their platform, not because they care about your rights or your life.
We are a nation that declares it helps other people in other countries - refugee and orphan children because we have compassion and we are "good" people. Yet, we kill thousands everyday in our War upon Wombs saying it's a Right and it's their Body. But, I will never stop thinking that the body within that womb is not yours to kill, that it's man-slaughter. It's the same thing that happens when someone drives recklessly and kills someone. It's the same thing as when someone is negligent - and kills someone. Every person in the world is expected to behave responsibly and to control themselves and try to avoid accidents - except women who have unprotected sex. For women - it's a free pass to commit murder without going to prison.
In my opinion, the punishment for those who willfully, continually and belligerently continue to have Womb Accidents - there should be 5 yrs, 10yrs mandatory birth control device implanted into their arms.
It will save lives, it will save minds, and it will save souls. Maybe women can learn by having control taken away how important it is to protect and take care of their bodies by using contraceptives. Those who claim contraceptives are dangerous, may be in for a big surprise at the mental devastation they inflict upon themselves by having an abortion. Above all I pray that all women learn to respect life even in its tiniest form.
My child, a daughter that I refused to abort despite very strong opposition from all directions became my greatest blessing and still is after 35 years of having her in my life. I have never once regretted my decision to give her life, not for even a second. ❤️

Democratic Hypocrites

Democrats sound like they care, don't they? They care about the illegals in America and think it's horrible to suggest they need to follow protocol and be legalized. Think about this for a moment. What happens if they are legalized? Then they get paid wages equivalent to other Americans! They get the same rights and same benefits. If they remain illegal then they can be used, abused and taken advantage of in so many ways. We might have to pay more for services and labor but it's the RIGHT thing to do for these people. It's WRONG for these children to grow up alienated, hiding, learning to lie about where they were born. We are creating the problem - Legalize Them. Make it easier, cut through the red tape but STOP acting like you are against it because you CARE about these people.
As for Refugees, first and foremost, how does a Democrat have the audacity to stand up and say we should protect Refugee children while they are actively supporting and encouraging ABORTION which kills millions, has killed over 50 million in the last 40 years? Hypocrites!
I know they sound like they care so much about us but don't be fooled. Hillary Clinton and others usually have an ulterior motive and it involves making money to put in their pockets. They either have stock in the businesses they are supporting or they are getting paid to help big corporations keep their prices low by using illegal labor hands and paying them an a morally illegal wage.
Trump has a good idea concerning refugees- Muslims. To STOP people from looking at them in fear, worrying they may be carrying a bomb or planning with ISIS - it is imperative that they follow the strict immigration procedures. By implementing the suggestions made by Trump, you can put everyone at ease and ease their worries and stop the persecution. If the Gov't wanted to WATCH me because of National Security reasons, then why should I be upset IF I'm NOT doing anything WRONG?  Why do I care if they know what I'm buying or if they know where I travel or even if they listen to my boring conversations with my Mom.
The Democrats make a great pitch for their CARING Solutions but critical thinking skills taught me to ask questions and look more carefully. "Things are not always what they appear to be."

The truth can be found in their reference to caring about refugee "children." How dare they claim to care about these children, while they kill millions in America?
They keep saying the mother's life matters. I was a teenage mother of two children- I survived, I went to college and I learned. I learned from others who chose abortion how mentally and spiritually defeating it is to them. I learned how demeaning it was to their self image. Some were worried about how they would be viewed having a child out of wedlock, but it was nothing compared to how they felt after they destroyed their innocent baby in their womb. The guilt created the perfect mentality to be used and abused by others.
Abortion says to women - You can be negligent, you can be irresponsible and everything will be all right but IT'S NOT.
Ending Abortion (except in cases of rape, incest or medical necessity) would mean that women need to ACT Responsibly and get birth control or don't have sex. If a drunk goes out and kills someone in a wreck, they put that person in jail. Yet a woman can go out and create a baby and then kill it and our nations supports this behavior. It's wrong. It's wrong for Women. At the very least there should be a One Time get out of jail free card - not multiple cases.
The abortion issue is fraudulent care. Its not True Care for these people. Follow the money trail and you will find the true cause for supporting issues that sound compassionate but are in reality destroying the conscious of our country.

Political Labels Do Not Define

You can't put me in a box, you can't label me one way or the other. I refuse to be cornered by a definition. I am neither Democrat nor Republican. I do not completely agree or disagree with either platform.
We have spent hundreds of years seeking equality among people but we will never have equality until we refuse the labels of one party or the other.
Why do I have to FULLY agree with one of the other? Why can't I simply agree or disagree with one issue or the other?
I used to side with Democrats because I wanted to help people. I thought they helped people and I thought helping people was the most important thing in the world. I thought Democrats were more focused on equality. But how do I agree with a party that supports a War on innocent babies? How do I call myself a Democrat without others looking at me as if I'm evil because they think I agree with abortion? I don't agree with it at all. I think it demoralizes women. I think it allows women to commit murder legally. I think it tells women it's okay to act irresponsible and have no self control. When any other person commits a crime - by behaving irresponsible, negligent and by not controlling themselves - they are fined and imprisoned. Why do we tell women they can legally act this way?
On the other hand I agree that we have No Right to judge people based on whom they choose to marry - whether it's the same sex or a different race. The gov't nor man has any right to judge another human other than by their heart. They need to shut their eyes if they don't like how it looks and close their mouths. I'm amazed at the Christians who judge others based on anything other than a person's heart. Have they read their bibles? Did they understand Jesus' message?
I used to believe my purpose in life was to help others but I no longer believe this way. I see Democrats making Americans dependent and creating slaves to make the gov't a profit - I believe every great idea they come up with to help someone in need has a selfish ulterior motive. I have realized that too much help creates people who are depressed and angry and who don't appreciate you viewing them as unable to take care of themselves. I am not referring to the elderly or the children in need, I'm referring to able-bodied adults. Teach them to fish and stop feeding them a fish every day.
As for Republicans and their anti-gay stance, I completely disagree with their opinion that they have a right to define what is or is not a marriage.
I do believe that all people coming into America should follow the laws and be held responsible. I also believe that it is reason they are cheated out of fair wages because they are here illegally. I know we need their labor and that they should follow the requirements to enter America and work but they should also be compensated for their labors the same as other Americans if they follow the laws and requirements to live in America. I see the benefit for them in requiring them to follow the laws - I am not supporting it because I don't think they should be here.
These are not all the issues but they are the ones at the moment which concern me the most.
So I'm neither Republican, not Democrat but in this election - I cannot side with a Democrat for certain. The most heinous crime, most ungodly and immoral that has resulted in more than 50 million deaths over the past 40 years is abortion. I will never support any candidate that not only destroys innocent children but also encourages immoral and irresponsible behavior which degrades women - mentally and spiritually.
You can choose your own way. You can have your own opinions. I'm not asking you to agree with mine nor am I trying to change your label. I'm simply stating my beliefs and my opinions - for the record.
I may support and vote for a Republican but I do not agree with them on every issue.

Teach A Man To Fish

Response to: "Bill Maher: The rise of Trump isn’t about racism. It’s about too much self-esteem." - The Washington Post - www.washingtonpost.com

Americans shouldn't love themselves too much. You shouldn't have self esteem? Seriously? If we don't love ourselves - we are insecure and depressing but if we love ourselves - we are arrogant or egotistical.
I suppose that concept - "don't have too much self-esteem"- is great for corporations and businesses who need people to work for them (and make them rich). But it's not good for people that don't have self-esteem and who don't love themselves enough to find a job they love to do, those who feel they have to slave for others doing jobs that only profit the employer.  It's not conducive to a happy and healthy society, either.
In fact it produces a lot of angry, dissatisfied and destructive personalities in my opinion.
What does a bratty kid who kicks the back of an airplane seat have to do with self-esteem?
I agree that we are GIVING kids grades, trophies and a false sense of pride that they didn't earn, just like the Democrats want to give people all sorts of things that don't help them feel better about themselves, things that don't build self esteem. It sounds like a Christian concept, but it's really not Christ-like at all. Feeding the poor and hungry - the widows and the fatherless has been taken to the extremes.
Democrats are the ones teaching people to be Dependent and Self Helpless. Democrats are creating people who have No Self Esteem. They are not doing it out of the kindness of their hearts. They are creating dependents to serve them and their agendas, to build their kingdoms not Gods.
You don't build self esteem in an adult or a child by giving them things continually. You build self-esteem by teaching them how to love themselves, respect themselves and how to make a living doing something productive that they love to do. Self Esteem is created by accomplishments, by working and learning how to do things for yourself. The less you know, the more dependent you become and the more helpless and angry you feel.
In reality, children and adults hate the person, institutions that give and give and give without expecting anything in return. They know you think they are helpless, worthless, not smart enough, not capable, and inadequate. Listen to those children, "I'm not a baby!" Yet, people continue to treat them like they are a helpless baby and this creates angry, self-destructive, dependent children who don't know how to take care of themselves. Listen to them cry, "I need and I want..." But it's not toys or food they really need, it's Self Esteem. They need to know the joys of accomplishing things. They need to know the feeling you get from doing something that strengthens their heart, mind and body. They need to feel the pride from finishing a project on their own, not one that Mom or Dad did for them.
I'm not saying we shouldn't help someone in need. I'm not saying that helping people is a waste of time or money. Im the first person to stop and give money to those who are standing on corners asking for help. But, I've learned the hard way that help is seldom truly appreciated because deep down people know that if you just keep giving to them and giving to them that you view them as helpless and hopeless - labels that can turn people into cons, liars and thieves.
I'm not saying that all democrat platforms are wrong or harmful. I am saying that we must be careful not to do too much or give too much for too long. The old saying, "Give a man to fish, he eats for a day ... Teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime," is very true.
I am also saying that we can help people until they become dependent and we can help people until they become angry, self-destructive individuals. We can help people until they resent us for treating them like they can't do anything. We can create an image in people that is very difficult for them to overcome. We can even help others because it makes us feel good about ourselves and forget the objective is to help others feel good about themselves.
It's the same for both children and adults.
It's why we can't let a Democrat win the Presidency.
Jesus said, "Follow Me and I will make you fishermen."  He was saying that if he simply gave the word to them, they wouldn't understand the word. To truly understand his message, they had to follow him, and do the things that he did, to love the way he loved. Jesus knew he had to teach them how to be Christians, that they had to learn how to fish for people, how to help people to seek God (love) personally rather than depend on others to feed them (love) God's Word. Jesus wanted people to know they could do all things through (love) Him, nothing would be impossible for those who loved. He could not just give them love, he had to teach them how to love themselves and others for them to live life in abundance.

The Reason She Is Called Mother Nature

Duck watching has taught me a lot about life. Right now, I am watching several waddle up to wait for food. You see I've trained them to expect it because I was ignorant about ducks. It has taken me several years to realize how "I" have crippled them and taken away their desire to fly very far. Yes, my ducks are fully capable of flying away but they don't and now it makes me sad.
Watching them come waddling up made me smile in the beginning. It felt good to be needed and loved by these feathered friends.  I raised some of them from day old babies, but the majority have never been touched by me. Their mothers are teaching them to come for a daily feeding just as they were taught by their mothers. I have four generations roaming my property right now.
My ducks are Muscovy ducks. A lot of people consider them ugly with their red caruncles on their faces but I love them and their silly personalities. Muscovy ducks are also quiet, quackless ducks. Their speech sounds like a gentle hiss but you can tell when their feathers get ruffled over something. They really are very humorous to watch.
I have one Buff Orpington duck that quacks and she tends to speak for the group. I can hear her from a mile away. She is the matriarch of this group despite having no kinship to them. She tells me loudly that they are hungry and want to be fed every day and several times a day if I am willing to listen. As I watch her approach with the others trailing behind, I'm irritated. It has rained a lot and the grasses are tall and full of delicious creatures they should be munching on rather than whole kernel corn and cheap dog food I feed them. In nature, they adore all kinds of bugs, worms and insects that destroy a yard and trees. But, I have created a group of dependent and self-helpless ducks that will never know what it means to hunt for food that is much healthier for them than what I'm giving them.
We don't eat our ducks and despite the fact I feed them food that isn't as healthy as what they would find in nature, they should have very long lives because I've also got a huge white dog that guards them day and night. So why am I worried about them?
I worry because I'm not always here to take care of them. I worry that they will get hungry when I leave for days to go on a trip. I worry what will become of them if we ever move because I can't catch them to move them with me. I've tried, they fly or go off into the pond. I have one with "angel wing" because he wasn't getting the right nutrition and if I could catch him I could help him but so far he has eluded me. His condition is my fault. His mother brought him to eat, rather than teaching him to find natural foods and I didn't buy the duckling food 'just for a couple of ducklings.' I really thought they didn't need it. I learned my lesson the hard way and now I buy the right food for all the new growing ducklings but I still feel guilty.
What happens if they are still alive and I am gone? Who will care for them? Not everyone likes ducks and there aren't many people who like these "ugly" ducklings. Sure, someone may want them but not to enjoy their silly ways. They are considered the best tasting ducks.
There are people like my ducks, I realize. They are dependent upon others to feed them. They don't know what it's like to fly even though they have wings and can fly very easily. Their parents have taught them to look to others rather than learning how to fend for themselves. They are missing out on some of the greatest experiences in life - learning to be who they truly are because someone like me interfered with Gods great plans and designs for their life.
I'm not saying you should never feed a duck. I'm not saying you shouldn't help anyone in need of help. I'm saying that if you help too much or give for too long, you are endangering their lives. Your desire to help is wonderful but you can do too much, for too long and take away someone's desire to fly. You can cripple someone by feeding your need to feel needed. You can teach generations to be dependent, needy and self-helpless by interfering in their natural and instinctive ability to learn how to truly be who they were intended to be. There is a good reason and great wisdom in the term Mother Nature. She is called Mother Nature because we are supposed to look to her (nature) for wisdom and to learn how to live our lives.
So, the next time you see a waddling (well-fed) duck, don't feed it. There might still be a chance that they can find the desire within them to fly.

Trump Isn't Like Hitler

After reading this article "Are Hitler-Trump Comparisons Fair? A Holocaust Survivor Tells His Son – TheWrap" here is my response.

I've often thought that some Americans acted like Nazis. I see it in the religious groups who think they are the 'only' chosen ones who will get into Heaven. I see it in every religion, in fact. Let's be honest, the Jews have always claimed to be 'the Chosen Ones" and that hasn't changed. Many Christians are willing to let some Gentiles into Heaven as long as they follow certain steps but still the question of their worthiness is often tested and in doubt by most of them.
Fortunately, most religious groups don't think they have to exterminate anyone in order to keep them out of their world or their Heaven. They are content to wait until heathens die naturally to spend an eternity in their Hell.
There have been many Hitler-like leaders in the world's history, Hitler is only one of them.
Hitler was evil, insane and egotistical and he fed the fears of many who followed him and willingly killed innocent people by his orders.
Hitter wasn't the first, however, willing to kill because of fears and greed.
The greed for land, money and power combined with a fear that a people other than our own would rise up and destroy what has been accumulated has infected the hearts, minds and souls of many people.
Millions of African Americans were killed for the same reasons. Millions of American Indians were killed for the same reason.
Do we need to fear Donald Trump? Is he really planning to be another Hitler?
First, Hitler had no children, no descendants that might be punished for his actions. Trump has 5 children, several grandchildren and it appears his children will have many more children coming in the future. Men with descendants rarely commit atrocious acts such as those committed by Hitler.
It is obvious Trump absolutely adores his children and grandchildren and it's hard to imagine that he would risk their lives and their future by acting like Hitler.
Hitler was not born to wealthy parents. He lost both parents by the age of 18. Trump was born into a wealthy family and both parents lived long lives.
Second, Hitler was clearly unstable from an early age and time increased his fearfulness until insane "unreasonable" thinking destroyed millions of lives, including his own. Hitler was a "little" man who wanted to be "somebody."
Almost every human being attempts to say what they think others want to hear. This doesn't make them a Hitler. Politicians have been doing it for thousands of years, because it purchases their seat in politics.
Trump rarely says what people think he should say. Trump is already "somebody" and doesn't need an "ego" boost. Trump isn't saying what others want to hear, he is saying what He Thinks.
What is wrong with demanding every person in America be required to follow the rules and laws? Why would one group be allowed to break laws while the rest must follow them? Why do I have to pay speeding tickets and have insurance and some people can just come in to our country and be allowed to ignore the laws and rules that the rest of us have to follow?
What makes the concept, that ALL people who come into the country be required to follow the procedures and the laws be Hitler-like?
Aren't the people who are not following the laws of our country being disrespectful and trying to claim they are Special by not following our laws? Why are they privileged to deny laws and the rest of us must follow them?
This isn't about trying to exterminate a group of people, which is what Hitler tried to do. This is about demanding everyone be required to follow the laws of our land. If the laws are too complicated (like the tax laws) then change them. But, don't continue to tell the majority of the people in our country that "IT'S OKAY" for SOME people to break the laws because SOME laws are more important than others. To have TRUE equality we must be treated equally and laws must be followed equally.
We are seeking equality for all, not the DEATH of one group of people.
Trump isn't like Hitler and those of us who believe in him are not Hitler-like followers. I do not want anyone harmed or killed or even ejected from the country. I want everyone to follow the same laws and stop the "special privileges" and "special treatment" given to certain people.
This is another attempt by those who desire to remain Special and Privileged - those who view themselves as Above the Law being the very thing they accuse Trump and his supporters of being - Like Hitler.
It's WRONG to support anyone who believes that any race, gender, age or group is entitled to break the laws of our country and ignore the requirements that everyone else must follow.
Get your facts straight and stop twisting the truth. We aren't the ones "acting like Hitler." Follow the laws of this land, go back to your own country or get out if you don't want equality for all.

Texas Woman Rebuttal: 18 Real Things Donald Trump Has Actually Said About Women

My Rebuttal to the Article: 18 Real Things Donald Trump Has Actually Said About Women
(Huffington Post)

I expected to find something that offended my sensibilities, after all, I am a 52 yr old woman, a college graduate, married, mother of  two children, grandmother of six. Reporters keep insisting women won't vote for Trump, saying he is sexist, he is a misogynist, I keep hearing over and over that I should be offended but I'm not and I'm not a woman who accepts any type of criticism lightly. However, I do know that when we place ourselves and our opinions into the public's view, we must be prepared for negative responses and hope for positive ones. So, I read the Huffington Post.
I expected to find at least one comment that I felt was sexist. I didn't, but maybe it's because neither my femininity or gender felt threatened or offended, or maybe it's because I've got a tougher shell, than those who are offended? Maybe it's because I've always believed Eleanor Roosevelt's words, "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent." I try to live by those words and its not always easy. These are my opinions concerning the "18 Real Things Trump Has Said About Women." I'm not asking you to agree.
1. Negotiable Assets. I find it strange that a woman who believes in equal rights would consider this an insult. I think the only women this would offend are those that are in the marriage for the assets rather than love and companionship. Trump said this many years ago, and it's very clear that Ivana isn't suffering from a lack of negotiable assets.
2. "Beauty is not just something to SEE" What part of that statement is offensive? It's the truth. Beauty is not just the external 'building' it is also the internal parts of a building, a work of art or of a woman.
3. "Sexual assault" in the military is expected. Of course it is, because of the high testosterone that dominates men who fight wars. We need that in our soldiers but it doesn't come without a risk. I agree with him.
4. "Sex Appeal" is used in almost every thing, it's the truth. Some women can use it and do use it to get their foot in the door. Once in they can show their talents and prove to others that women are really super smart, as smart as men. This is the way Americans have chosen to judge, we all tend to follow social opinions and protocol concerning sex appeal.
5. This is true, too. This isn't opinion, it's our way of life and if you don't like it- change it. How can you be offended by truth and facts? This was an old comment, but it's still true today.
6. Truth. He is making an observation of how companies, news administrators etc. choose their employees. He isn't saying it's right. He isn't saying he doesn't do it. He simply states it is done and the truth is - reporters are often hired based on 'hotness.' It's what viewers want to see. Contact your local news to change it if it offends you.
7. My father would have said the same thing. It's actually the sign of a 'gentle'man. My father reacted the same way when I told him at 12 years of age that I needed a bra. His face got red and showed disgust and unbelief and he left the room screaming, "Go Talk To Your Mama!" I actually felt sorry for Trump when I read this.
8. 1997, a long time ago but it reveals Trump's experience and teaching that unfortunately is often true. Imagine how you might feel if you believed you would never know for sure if you are loved for just who you are rather than how much you are worth.
9. If anything Trump reveals his envy of the opposite sex in this one. He might be exaggerating our abilities here, but I'm convinced he is complimenting women in this statement.
10. I dislike "Hillary" so I wish I had said it first. I'm fairly certain Bill gets no attention unless he is talking politics. I still believe she was the President during his terms and he was the First Lady. This isn't critical of Hillary because Hillary probably sent Monica to her husband's office to take care of things she did not want to do.
11. His opinion. I think "Jolie" is a sexy, beautiful woman but that's my opinion. I'm not a lesbian but my words could be construed that way if someone wants to be offended. Funny, I think Jolie looks a lot like Trumps' current wife.
12. 2012, Trump's opinion. It is becoming more and more clear that Trump responds and judges by personality rather than physical appearance. I don't think any of Trumps wives were truly beautiful women. However I think his daughter Ivanka is gorgeous. I think Trump is commenting on his opinion of their behavior and words that offend him, not their looks.
13. "Rosie" is crude and rude and can be a very bitter, angry woman. Her ugly is in her words and ways. I agree with him even though I loved Rosie in Stakeout. 😘
14. "Bitch be cool." We hear women call their friends that, we hear men refer to their women that way. It's a very common and oft used term. If the bitch was risking his life and talking when she should be listening then these words were appropriate for the scene. It's movie words, silly words. Not offended, yet.
15. "The Face of A Dog." Most Americans love dogs and their faces. If you don't think you are ugly, why are you offended? Trump is defining her words - not her appearance despite what was written. Read between the lines. He was not being literal but if he was - if you don't think you are ugly then you shouldn't be offended. If you do think you are ugly then you have to change the world's view and opinions concerning beauty, not just Trumps.
16. I've heard people say these words to loved ones, to get them to snap out of depression and fight. Cher is lonely and becoming more and more recluse. It's the truth.
17. "Power" is attractive, it's the damn truth. I'm sure he is fawned over and I'm sure his power is quite intoxicating. Just the truth, why be offended? This one is silly.
18. Of course those women were flirting with him. Trump is charming. He loves most women and God knows I'd hate to be one he didn't like because I don't believe Trump judges women just by physical appearance. I think Trump judges intelligence, attitude, kindness and their spirit more than he judges their looks. All of these so called criticisms are ridiculous efforts to malign Trump. He loves most women, not just his wife, daughters and granddaughters. I have no fear that Trump will demean women or deny their equality or rights. In Trump, I see my father who was only born two years earlier than Trump. I hear the same beliefs and I see the same strength and power in both of them despite my father being a simple carpenter. There is a special knowledge that builders seem to have that should not be ignored. Trump is still "MyPresident" despite his sometimes offensive words that offend people. It's amazing to me that Trump can be as kind and controlled as he is when I consider the massive attack being executed upon him and his campaign.
Think about Eleanor Roosevelt's words the next time you feel offended or inferior. You can't have it both ways, if you desire equality between the sexes. If a woman said these things, it would not get this much media attention but when a man says these things, it's considered wrong because a man said it, or maybe it's just because Trump said it.
For all those who keep insisting no woman will vote for Trump, I did. I am a woman, a Texas woman who does not believe Donald Trump is sexist.

Trains Can Change Direction

My train switched tracks. It's true. I was a Democrat. I was very Liberal. I 'disliked' Trump at first but my train jumped the tracks as I researched and considered each candidate and the political issues facing our country.
I wasn't ever a full fledged Democrat. I didn't agree with everything the party supported but I was strongly opposed to most Republican issues and beliefs. The truth is that I was led by my emotions rather than finding the truth. I followed others and I defined my religion in a way that I had to be a Democrat and a Liberal. I wasn't using my God-given brain and wisdom, however.
It was eye-opening when I realized I was no longer a Democrat. It almost felt wrong because of the way I had believed for so long. However, once I utilized heart, mind and soul -I realized I could no longer support the self-helplessness and dependence that Democrats advocate.
My train didn't just switch tracks, it changed directions and that's the great thing about trains- they can change in many different ways and go in many different directions, including reverse.
We are constantly warned to not look into the past, to move forward but the truth is we need to be looking in all different directions. We need to see all the routes available and all the routes from the past as well as possible routes for the future.
I do not agree with every Republican issue that is debated. I do not think the government -neither state, federal or local - should be involved in marriages. I believe all people should be viewed and judged strictly by their heart, not by their race, gender, religion or their personal beliefs that are peaceful and law-abiding.
I do believe we should be less wasteful, more conservative of our resources but without using fear and crisis tactics as well as raising prices to force people to stop trashing our country and wasting resources thoughtlessly.
I am not a hard-core Republican and I find it offensive that the government and both parties demand we LIMIT our choices and force us into one box or another. We all need to think "outside the box" and stop limiting our choices and beliefs by political parties, gender, race and religion.
I am on the Trump Train. I am hopeful that Trump will be different from the others and that he will step outside the box when it is necessary for the good of our country. I am hopeful that Trump will stand his ground and not be afraid. Trump is one of the most criticized candidates, he has a tough skin. He doesn't need special interest groups money or approval. He is a man that I believe will make a great President.

The Political Apprentice

Is Trump a political apprentice? Has he been working behind the scenes in politics for 40 years learning the politicians trade? His strongest competition, Ted Cruz says, "Trump isn't an Outsider." Cruz is trying to warn those who believe that they are voting for someone who isn't a politician, those hoping for a greater change from someone 'outside' the political machine.
Trump is well known as the host of The Apprentice. Trump is also considered one of the greatest businessmen of our generation. He has amassed billions of dollars through his ability to 'wheel and deal' with other business persons, as well as being extremely skilled at assessing and hiring other people to get jobs completed.
Why does Trump gets votes?
When we consider Trump's wealth and success as a businessman, we automatically think he is the best person to save America from its ginormous Deficit. We have also read about his bankruptcy and failures and we have seen him rise from those ashes.
Does it matter if he has been a political apprentice for over 40 years?
First, it's funny that his competitors are now saying he isn't an outsider, when they were criticizing him for not knowing enough about government to do the job. Now, they are telling us he has been involved in (studying) government and politics for 40 years!
When I consider this implication, I think, Wow! Trump has been watching and learning until he felt ready to step up as the President, aka "Project Manager" for this task. It is by far the largest "Task" with a multitude of challenges without question that he has ever contemplated but it's very 'comforting' to know that Trump hasn't just jumped in simply thinking he can get this job done. We should have known better.
As I've said before, I think Trump can do the job and will hire the right people to help him do the job, and accomplish the tasks. I did have some doubts because of his lack of experience in politics and government but thanks to Cruz - I'm more convinced that Trump can be a great president, he can and will hire the very best people to help him and he will not give up until he completes each task and makes America great again.

The Trump Train

It's actually easy to get on the Trump Train but I'm finding it is just as easy to get off - take a walk, clear my head and consider all of my choices of destination.
While I'm watching debates or news I'm continually drawn to support Trump against the others - because he is different and they are not. The others all sound alike, repeating the same promises over and over while alternatively bashing Trump.
I've been watching debates since I was a small child sitting in my father's lap. This is the first time I've actually been interested in them. Historically politicians make promises (they rarely keep) and it appears that Americans vote on the one they like based on appearance, religion or some other trait they may find appealing.  The public has depended on media for hundreds of years to give them facts about candidates because who has time to become an investigator? And, regardless of what some people think, everything you read on the Internet is not true.
In reality, few of us have time to really get to know our candidates in the manner we should know someone that will be leading our country. We can't be too disappointed when their promises are broken because after all 'we don't really know these people.' The less we know about them, the less responsibility they feel toward us and the less we expect them to keep their promises. It serves their best interest to keep us at a distance.
Trump is drawing crowds and votes because people feel like they know him much MORE than the others. Watching him on television each week, reading about him in newspapers and magazines gives us the illusion we have actually met this man, we think we know him.
The other candidates are amazed by the American people's acceptance of Trump after they list his failures, his lack of experience and watch his brutal honesty in the debates. They don't understand why we refuse to get off the Trump Train and stay off of it.
The fact is I jump off the train frequently, but I always get back on because I feel like I actually do know Trump better than the other candidates, even though I live in the same state as Ted Cruz. Every time I think I should reevaluate my opinion, consider other alternatives, I find myself back on the Trump Train, (usually smiling and laughing.)
Yes I have read and researched all of the candidates. I've watched their debates and listened to their promises and their criticisms against their competition. Trump joins right in with the bashing but Trump always has while the others have not, so I still think I know Trump.
Many of us, not just me have grown up watching Trump, unlike the other candidates. His life has been plastered in magazines, newspapers and books for years. For the past 12 years we have gotten to know him even more so on television watching the Apprentice.
We aren't stupid, dumb or uneducated as his opponents continue to suggest (in the kindest way a politician knows how to suggest). We know Trump is somewhat of a wild card. We know Trump hasn't always followed the rules. We know Trump has failed and we know he has managed to pull himself back up after failing. We know he is NOT like the others, and that's why we are on the Trump Train.
It's the other candidates condescension that bothers us the most. It's the other candidates lies that bother us. Over the years - it's been our politicians' decisions that have damaged our country and our lives, not Trump's. He gets a bit of leniency because he hasn't been a politician and his dealings haven't affected us, unlike the other candidates.
It's not because we are blind, deaf or dumb that we remain on the train. We hear you and we can read but we have been disappointed too many times by politicians, so we are willing to give this brusque but humorous man a chance to change our country. We also hear your criticisms but it's not enough. We hear how he has failed but it's your failures that are affecting us right now.
It's not about what Trump has or hasn't done. It's not about his 'un-presidential' manner which personally I find entertaining and even endearing at times. It's about what politicians have continuously failed to do- serve the best interests of the American people who happen to be the majority.
I watched The Brand is Crisis last night for the first time and I experienced several dejavu moments. I'm well aware that there is a risk in staying on this train. I understand it probably won't reach every destination on my list. I'm well aware it has the potential to 'lose control' and miss a connection or switch at an important Y on the tracks.
There are those hoping, betting this Train will wreck. However, I think they are underestimating the power and abilities of this specific train. I think they are underestimating the Donald.  I believe, perhaps naively, that he has a good heart and the best of intentions. I don't mind his rough edges, outrageous remarks or personal desire for fame and glory. I like his amalgamation of republican traits sprinkled with those minute democratic considerations.
I don't think the train can be stopped but for those politicians desiring to see a train wreck, they only need to look at the state our country is in after years of politicians implementing their will rather than the will of the People. So, "Step on board or move out of this train's way..."

The High Cost of Upgrades/Updates

Yes, I'm going to whine...
So, there is nothing more frustrating than trying to read something on a website and being barraged by more pop up ads.
Now YouTube is offering to remove those ads for a price. So let me get this straight, you get paid to place those ads and now you want to be paid to remove those ads so I'm not irritated?
Okay, sure I get that you lose money from those companies by removing the ads so you want me to pay for it to be removed. But, how do we know that you are actually losing money and that you aren't charging us more than what you supposedly losing?
And what about those ads on every website? Trillions of ads just waiting to make your browsing experience pure hell. Yes, I remember the days when Internet was actually an enjoyable experience, when gigabyte data value wasn't shrinking faster the American dollar. I remember when you could actually use a computer without Internet. Now I can't turn mine own without being accosted by ads, demands to upgrade and update my system. Updates which I'm expected to pay for to be downloaded and installed (another double dip).
It's at a point where it's so complicated it's barely worth the effort and irritation. But of course, like the rest of the world I'm addicted to the most powerful drug to ever enter our society, so I do it.
I dream of a day when I can turn on my computer and not have Microsoft constantly requesting that I upgrade to their newer (and better) version or update, when I can simply turn my computer on and enjoy having one. By the way, I do know that each time you (MS) are supposedly improving my features, you take some of my other features away, which now require the download of a paid app to use.
I used to be able to jump on the Internet and read for free, yeah I get it, those people deserve to be paid and I don't mind that so much but I used to be able to go to my own photos and send them without having to buy some damn app to make it happen.
Apple has made it (almost) impossible to use their product with Microsoft and Android products. I have been forced to either buy apps that will transfer them from one to the other or give in and buy all Apple products so they flow seamlessly from phone to iPad to laptop to desktop.
I can't be bi-tech, tri-tech or even quad-tech because Microsoft (Windows), Android and Apple are trying to corner the market. Blackberry, Sailfish, and Firefox are after thoughts. Some think Ubuntu will challenge the leaders but when you consider that most people have already chosen their brand and have already bought all the coordinating products and accessories, we are talking about a huge investment to switch to Ubuntu unless their products were magically compatible with the others.
If you consider that all of these tech creators are multi -billionaires and that tech products that should be decreasing in price have steadily increased due to each NEW change or revision that is supposed to improve our Internet experience, we should all be realizing that there is more than simply double-dipping going on in the tech community.
We pay for the NEW improved version that has some great new feature and we quietly refuse to address the fact that some other great feature or ability we had before the update/upgrade was stealthy removed and now there's an APP that we can pay for to do what we once could do for free.
It's not just double dipping... It's robbery and we are so addicted we just let them all keep raking in the billions without protest.

Exposing Trump

It's funny that the establishment (#neverTrump) continues to talk to the American people as if we are DUMB. The 'politicians' began the debates doing what they have done since I was forced to watch them as a child. They talk DOWN to Americans. They refuse to answer questions. They evade questions. They repeat the same slogan sentences over and over like a drunk telling a story. They think if they simply repeat themselves that their words will enter our heads and brainwash us into following them. On some people that might work but Americans have woken up and started to listen much more carefully. They have also began to care much more and get involved in the country's affairs. Whether we are educated or not, we know that politicians aren't making our lives better, most are only making their own lives better and working to pay back the benefits and support they receive from money interest groups.
We hear the condescension in their tones when they talk about non-politicians who are attempting to upset their establishment. None of them want anything to change, they are living life abundantly while watching 99% of Americans struggle. Why upset the establishment?
Oh my God! What if Trump doesn't follow the rules? What if Trump changes the way government works? Let's pray that he does.
So now they want to tell us that Trump is the con man? Trump is the failure? Trump is not a politician! Glory Hallelujah sign me up for the Trump Campaign.
It is politicians that have failed the American people. It is politicians who are the Con men. We know this for an absolute fact. We do not know that Trump will be... that is our Hope, perhaps our only Hope at this point. With Trump at least we have Hope. With politicians, there is none. They are polished, trained and purchased by big corporations and money interest groups and that is their God. We are the slaves whose opinions and needs mean nothing. They throw us a small dog biscuit occasionally - a crumb from their huge loaf of bread.
Trump may not be our answer but he is at the moment the best chance we have at getting a slice of the bread, rather than just a crumb.
Exposing Trump's failures, simply shows us that he doesn't give up even if things don't work out. Exposing Trump is exposing the fear he is putting into many politicians and we wonder why they are so afraid? We don't believe their reasoning because they loved him before he challenged them. As long as Trump might help them make more money they didn't have a problem with him, that's obvious. But now that he is threatening their lifestyle they are coming out of the woodwork to expose him. In my opinion, the only thing they have exposed is their fear of change.

Trump Gives Hope

Trump makes many Americans feel HOPEFUL, and that's something none of the others can do. Will he fail us, as he has failed in so many of his business dreams and endeavors? We don't know but we do believe he will try his very best to improve America and the lives of American citizens. We believe he is not afraid to TRY and he has a lot of experience in succeeding as well as failing. Americans know that failures mean YOU TRIED, you didn't just talk about something or dream about it. Failures usually means you know what works and what doesn't work. To say someone failed and list their failures one by one, as Mitt Romney so ungraciously did to Donald Trump, is very offensive to all those who want to try but might not because of fear of failure.
The American Dream cannot be accomplished without failures. Without failure, we cannot improve.
Trumps failures give us more HOPE, not less.
